Gorgeous. That's all we can think to say in describing these beautifully crafted birds. Well, there is also 'elegant'. And 'vintage'. And classic. Did we say GORGEOUS?? Each handcrafted bird carries a special sentiment in his beak to be delivered to a special someone, or to be placed about in your own home as a reminder of all that is truly beautiful. One of the neatest ideas we've thought of for these birds is to scout your backyard for just the right branch, bring it inside and hang it from fishing line or prop it up in a corner then hang one or two of these on it. Instant "art" and beauty! Each bird measures 8.5" x 5" amd is trimmed with cream silk ribbon ("Love" card comes with scarlet ribbon). JUST A NOTE: The "Love" bird at the bottom of the picture above somehow turned out looking brown instead of black...it is most definitely black - not brown. AND! As an added little "touch", the Love bird comes with a golden crown atop his head! The reverse side of each bird has a stunning design as well and a blank area to write either the recipient's name or a favorite verse or saying of your own.
